Welcome to Ryan’s Pharmacy, where we treat your family like our family. A cornerstone of Nackawic since 1970, we are dedicated to serving our community with compassion, trust, and expertise.
Our story began over 50 years ago, when Ryan & Faye MacFarlane opened Ryan’s Pharmacy, one of the first stores in the Nackawic Shopping Center. Driven by a vision to provide a place for more than just prescriptions, they aimed to create a place for patients and customers to feel valued, heard, and understood. Together, they built the foundation of our store, where personalized care was the priority.
As a proud member of Guardian Pharmacy, McKesson Canada, and the PCCA compounding group in Houston, we are able to leverage additional resources to provide even greater value to our patients and customers. Being a member of these organizations allows Ryan’s Pharmacy to enhance our services with the latest advancements and best practices in pharmacy care.

In 1995, Greg and Anna MacFarlane took over operations and ownership at Ryan’s. Having been instilled with the values from his parents, both Greg & Anna introduced new energy and ideas to meet the evolving needs of the greater Nackawic area. As the role of pharmacists and advancements in technology have continuously expanded, so has our range of services.
Today, we offer more in depth prescription management services, minor ailment prescribing, travel consultations, immunizations, and specialized medication compounding - all while staying committed to the fundamental principles of our store.
